Taste and sensory characteristics: Wine of dark red color with a garnet-purple rim, with a noticeable apple character and aroma of overripe fruit. The aroma is dominated by tones of dried plums, dried dates, overripe sour cherries and nuances of exotic spices, with a pleasant touch of vanillin-cocoa tones. The taste is extremely complex and rich in natural sugars, dried stone fruits with elegant and well-integrated ripe tannins.
Food recommendation: is an ideal partner for chocolate desserts, pralines, liver pâtés and mature cheeses with blue and green mold inside.
Wine service: decanted, at a temperature of 15-17 °C, in red wine glasses with a volume of 250-360 ml
