ORIGIN: Small Carpathian wine region, Modra, Noviny vineyard
PROPERTIES: The 2016 Chardonnay comes from the Noviny vineyard in Modran. The must was fermented without temperature control in older barrique barrels, where the apple-milk fermentation also took place in a targeted manner. The wine acquired its final form by maturing in new French barriques.
SERVING: We recommend serving at a temperature of 16 °C with butternut squash risotto.
