CHARACTERISTICS: The wine has a sparkling yellow-green color. The aroma is broad, fruity-biscuit with a trace of honey. In a full and rich taste with a higher fruit extract, you will find notes of yellow melon and candied apples complemented by adequate refreshing acidity.
SERVING: We recommend serving this wonderful "Burgundy" chilled to 12°C with liver terrine with cranberries and a selection of hard ripening Gruyere cheeses.
