CHARACTERISTICS: Our 40-year-old Kalvária vineyard is located on a southeast-facing slope on a weathered granite bedrock. The pleasant fruity aroma is dominated by citrus fruits. The taste of the wine is harmonious and, thanks to aging using the sur-lie method on fine yeast lees, it is also pleasantly creamy.
SERVING: Serve chilled to 12°C with pasta with cream sauce.
