CHARACTERISTICS: Our southwest-facing Suchý vrch vineyard with a soil composition of clay and blown loess provides excellent conditions for the Pinot Gris variety. At first impression, you will be charmed by the aroma of pears. After a while, notes of bread crust appear, which reveals the sur-lieu aging method in an oak barrel. The taste is full and elegant.
SERVING: Serve chilled to 12°C with turkey ragout.
