CHARACTERISTICS: Gooseberry fruity, strongly nettle-like, piercingly ore-like. Such is the Sauvignon from the loess subsoil on Suchy vrch. Fresh acids and an irresistibly juicy taste perfectly fulfill the varietal character of the wine.
SERVING: Serve chilled to a temperature of 12°C with crispy spring asparagus.
