CHARACTERISTICS: The grapes come from our Noviny family vineyard and perfectly represent the Modran veltlin. It has a lively, fruity aroma with a spicy expression. On your tongue you will smell a mixture of fruit with a trace of honey. In the end, a note of bitter almond and resin appears.
SERVING: Taste it chilled at 10-12 °C with crispy asparagus and aged cheese.
