CHARACTERISTICS: Strictly observed technological procedures from the prescribed variety harvested by hand in favorable weather are the conditions for the production of Mass wine. Sugar content at harvest reached 21°NM. The fruity aromas and fresh expression were accentuated by aging the wine in oak barrels. The wine fulfills all the conditions prescribed for serving the Holy Mass according to the CCP, can. 294 § 3.
