The color of the wine of this variety is black-purple. The aroma of the wine has notes of black currants and forest fruits. In wines from a good vintage, we can also find hints of dark chocolate or tobacco. The taste of the wine is powerful, full, rich with pleasant tannins and acids.

Wine and food: Cabernet wines perfectly complement meat dishes, especially beefsteaks and steaks. They are great in combination with deer back or dane medallions.
