The color of the wine is usually golden yellow. The aroma of the wine contains the dominant notes of one of the parents - Tramín red - rose, spices, exotic fruits and strong floral notes after vanilla. The taste of the wine is beautifully aromatic, fresh and pleasantly long.
Wine and food: Suchá Pálava goes great with spicier and spicier preparations of white meat and fish. Sweeter versions of Pálava go well with fine blue cheeses or fruit desserts. Pálava is often automatically perceived as a sweet wine, i.e. with higher residual sugar, but this is far from the rule. It is in the dry version that we discover the magic and beauty of this variety.
