Italian Riesling

The color of the wine is light greenish to yellow. The aroma of the wine has notes of gooseberries, tropical fruits, red currants, nuts or meadow flowers. The taste of the wine is juicy, fresh, supported by excellent acidity, which predisposes these wines to further maturation. In wines made from well-ripened grapes, we can also smell honey tones or raisin tones.

Wine and food: Dry, fresh, well-chilled Riesling Vlachský can serve as an excellent aperitif. It goes well with cold starters, butcher specialties or with salads and smoked fish. Wines with light residual sugar perfectly complement vegetable soups, terrines, pâtés or cheeses with noble mold.
