The color of the wine of this variety is green-yellow. The aroma of the wine is more fruity and floral with a very subtle nutmeg. In the flavors of wine there are notes reminiscent of pineapple and hazelnut, also fresh acidity.
Wine and food: sweeter wines go well with desserts, but they are also suitable with spicy dishes, pasta with gorgonzola or fish sauce, cooked ham, white meats with cream sauces, fish with a more pronounced treatment or smoked fish.
