Alibernet ´16 Château Rúbaň
Classification: Quality varietal wine with protected designation of origin, red, dry
Variety: Alibernet
Taste and sensory properties: Massive, opaque, burgundy-purple wine color with significant viscosity. The aroma is complex, harmonious and ripe, full of sweet poppy, overripe cherries and blackberries, blackcurrant jam and subtle vanilla. The taste is full, structured with strong, but beautifully ripe tannins and soft tannins, obtained from a long aging in oak barrels. A wine with high maturation potential and a long, complex aftertaste.
Food recommendation: an excellent partner for spicy beef dishes, less overcooked meat with a higher protein content, marinated game meat, grilled meat as well as dried hams. It goes well with distinctive, long-ripened parmesan-type cow's cheeses.
