Full aromatic wine with a lighter red color and fine tannins. The predominant aromas are plum, raspberry, cherry, currant, violet, paprika, black pepper, tobacco, graphite. Recommended serving temperature: 17-18 °C. It is excellently combined with lamb meat, fattier preparation of poultry, roast pork. It also goes well with mature cheeses, tomato sauces and Mediterranean cuisine.
