Pairing with food: "Quine wine of excellent quality, sensorially indistinguishable from wine made from grapes. With its fullness and aromatic excellence, it is extremely strikingly similar to a matured white wine with a pleasantly mild oxidative maturity. Ripening aromas reminiscent of walnuts, hazelnuts and quince itself can be combined in very harmonious recipes. The basis of quince aromatics is Acetoin, which offers a suitable company for this fruit wine with fuller, creamier dishes with a significant proportion of dairy products and butter, but also with baked apples. That is why I recommend combining, for example, with a proven tradition based on quality ingredients - real bun with h ruddy cottage cheese, baked apples and butter Christmas cake as its base. Since it pairs beautifully with smoky notes such as coffee, roasted seeds, vanilla, soy sauce and maple syrup, it also goes well with grilled delicacies. However, if you have a quality cigar at hand, you will certainly appreciate the time to yourself with this pleasantly balanced wine, even if there is no rum, whiskey or any food at hand."
