Total weight 0.770 kg Contents 1 L Diameter without ear 15 cm Height with cover 14 cm Traditional ceramic pots and pans for baking - cooking / Instructions for use Clay pots fired at 1200°C can be safely used in any oven (electric, gas, hot air oven), even in the oven. It can also be used on a gas stove with an iron plate (which should not be smaller than the bottom of the pan) and on an open fire with hot coals. It is not necessary to soak the container in water before use. Pots CANNOT be used on glass ceramic and induction hobs. We can use clay pots for cooking and baking completely without fats and oils, the food will be baked and cooked in its own juice, so it is very healthy to cook and bake in them. If you need to add liquid during baking and cooking, always do so with lukewarm liquid. Never add cold liquid as the container may burst. If you want the meat to be nicely cooked to a golden brown, leave the lid on the pan until the end of cooking, as the glazed lid reflects the heat and cooks nicely. Never place warm clay pots on a cold surface, preferably a wooden tray due to temperature fluctuations. Before washing, wait for the dishes to cool down and then wash them with a sponge (also suitable for the dishwasher). Dry the pot thoroughly at room temperature before putting it away. If possible, store in a ventilated and dry place. If it is stored wet and even in a closed space, it can easily become moldy.
