CHARACTERISTICS: The young planting of Riesling on the terraces in the Modran farmstead rewarded us for our hard work. The granite subsoil offers a wonderful, mineral and fresh wine.

SERVING: The typical varietal character of Riesling goes well with saffron risotto. Serve chilled to 12°C.
