CHARACTERISTICS: Geological substratum, altitude, climate, hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentation, minimal intervention in the cellar and the mind of the winemaker create our unmistakable style of veltlin. The wine matured on fine lees in barrels made of oak and agave wood.

SERVING: Serve chilled at 12°C with dishes with creamy sauces.
