How to properly put on a respirator:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
2. First put the upper part of the respirator to your face.
3. Then press its lower part to your face.
4. Form the nose part according to the shape of your nose so that the respirator fits perfectly to your face.

Respirator removal:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before removing the respirator from your face.
2. Carefully remove the respirator from your face.
3. Wash your hands thoroughly again.
