The aroma is intense, fruity with a typical expression of black currants. A light whiff of herbal aromas and the overall expression seems softer thanks to the chocolate aroma. The taste of the wine is complex and extractive.

SERVING: The grandeur of a mature wine requires selected dishes of dark meat, preferably game, beef or mutton or lamb, but it also goes well with goose or duck . The taste will stand out in more spicy preparations of meat dishes. In a cold kitchen, we recommend it in combination with cheeses with blue mold. We recommend serving at a temperature of 13 to 16 ⁰C.
