Muscat yellow First Bozk ’19 Château Rúbaň
Young wine created for the joint collection of St. Catherine's wines, with a uniform label, produced by several Slovak wineries. Wine from hand-harvested grapes, fermented in stainless steel containers in reductive conditions, without access to oxygen, at a temperature of up to 14 °C.

Taste and sensory properties: Wine of a sparkling, light straw-golden color with a green reflection around the edges. Extremely attractive and intense aromatics, full of notes of nutmeg, meadow flowers, ripe yellow fruit and citrus, are accompanied by a juicy taste, full of fruit acids, fresh spices, a pinch of residual sugar and lingering notes of nutmeg in the aftertaste of the wine.
Food recommendation: aperitif, fresh cow and sheep cheeses, light fruit salads, cottage cheese desserts
Wine service: at a temperature of 9-11 °C in open glasses for white wines with a volume of 300-400 ml
