0.00 €
Near Piešťany in the village of Prašník is the birthplace of the giant of Slovak history, General Milan Rastislav Štefánik, who was responsible for the creation of the common state of Czechs and Slovaks. We will get to know his extraordinary life journey from a simple boy to the post of Minister of War of the 1st Czechoslovakia. Not far from there is a massive travertine monument built on Bradla. This giant of Slovak history is buried here - diplomat, politician, military aviator, general of the French armed forces, astronomer and photographer. From the hill there is a wonderful view all the way to Čachtický hrad and the peak of Javorina. Refreshments can be found in a traditional restaurant in Malé Karpaty.
