Sekt Noria ´18 Château Rúbaň
Hand-harvested grapes were processed carefully and with limited access to air oxygen in all stages of production. The primary alcoholic fermentation of the base wine took place in stainless steel containers at a temperature below 14 °C, then the wines were left for a short time on clean yeast lees, which were occasionally mixed, which enriched the fresh taste of the wines with creamy fruity notes. Secondary fermentation took place directly in the bottles and the wine was left in the bottle on the yeast lees for 12 months.
Classification: Quality sparkling wine – Sekt, wine with protected designation of origin, white, brut
Varietal composition: Noria (100%)
Taste and sensory characteristics: Wine of straw-golden color with a sparkling green reflection and fine, subtle pearling. The aroma of the wine is distinct, floral-fruity with notes of ripe pomelo, autumn pear and lime peel. The complex aroma is completed by a soft biscuit-butter tone with roasted hazelnuts and lemongrass. The taste is rich, flowery and extremely fresh with nuances of pear candies and an unrelenting persistent aftertaste.
